Description
Its not a pot hole, its the base of a yield to pedestrian sign. These are all over the city. When the plastic bollard has been ripped out, like they all seem to be in 24-48 hours, what is left is a boobie trap for bikers, just waiting to wipe someone out in the middle of traffic. Please stop leaving these all over the city.
