Description
The left turn lane coming off the expressway onto Roseneath Rd consistently disregards oncoming traffic from opposite the intersection (turning “right” onto Roseneath) as well as pedestrians from both directions. With this being a HEAVY pedestrian traffic area, new signage is necessary for drivers to slow down and yield for pedestrians.

- Staff · March 1, 2025Eddie, please investigate and provide recommendation.
- Staff · March 4, 2025After completing research at this intersection, there have only been three crashes in the in the last 4 years. Two rear end fender benders and one pedestrian crash. There is sufficient signage at this with ped heads at all four corners. Pedestrian crossing signs can be added. I do believe this intersection does qualify for signal upgrade.
- Staff · March 4, 2025After more research, it has been discovered that an upgrade project is in the works for this intersection. In the short term, turning vehicles yield to pedestrian signs will be fabricated and installed. See work order for details
