For the Chantilly St and Spokane St corridors I assume you are talking about the street sections between Patterson Ave and Monument Ave. The focused approach on speed management in the City’s Neighborhood Traffic Management Program first considers the distance of a free flow street of at least 1200’ in length in a tangent section without traffic signals, existing traffic calming measures or stopped conditions on the major street. Speed tables (bumps) or roundabouts are not planned on Chantilly St between Patterson Ave and Monument Ave given the traffic circle at Franklin St. Likewise speed tables or roundabouts are not planned on Spokane St between Patterson Ave and Monumental St given the traffic circle at Franklin St. Speed tables or roundabouts are also not planned on Patterson Ave given this street is classified as an urban principal arteria, carries about 20,000 vehicles a day and is a strategic route for emergency vehicles.
