Description
this alleyway has not been re-graded in a long time. the gravel bed has turned mostly to mud and recent utility work and construction has introduced mud and created depressions in the roadway. please just pave the alleys in this neighborhood it would be cheaper in the long run. These houses pay too much in property tax to have muddy and dusty alleys.
