Description

This is an ongoing and serious issue. Water is entering the gutter and staying there, where leaves/trash/debris gather and never dissipate. I have complained numerous times, and the City came out last weekend but did not remedy the situation. Rather than assessing the entire block/area, they focused on the water meter in front of our house at 2912 East Leigh Street. Please have this situation addressed as soon as possible. Thank you for your help.
