Description
There is mud throughout the alley all the way to Grove Ave coming from the home being constructed at this address. Everytime that it rains it makes things worse because the mud gets stuck to my shoes and my dogs paws when we go for a walk. Such a shame that the builder is subjecting the neighborhood to these conditions.
