Description

This tree is dying and large limbs are falling onto houses, doing property damage and potential danger to human life. The last time a limb fell it could have killed a child (5 small kids live next door and play under tree). All limbs show rotting/decay and look like they could collapse at any moment, not to mention the power lines running through it that would also be taken down.
