Description
street tree in front of 1516 Nottoway Ave poses a danger to pedestrians. The tree has several large dead branches that are cracked and pose a significant risk to life and property. The tree has large dead branches overhanging the sidewalk which have fallen and will continue to fall until addressed. Note: the sidewalk is frequently used by children on their way to school.
