Description
Crutchfield Street from Westover Hills Blvd to where the houses start looks like a trash dump. RHSA lawn is loaded with trash, the rain gutters, sidewalks and everywhere else is loaded with trash. #3650 GRTC bus stop trash can is always loaded with in can and on ground. The street looks horrible.
