Description
There are far too many trash & recycling cans in this alley, behind the 1500 block of Floyd Ave. 1512 has 8+? Many others are unlabeled. Each homeowner needs to account for and label their receptacles and store them appropriately on their own property (AKA, not in the middle of the alley). Bonus points if the tenants in these homes get some lessons on not putting trash in the recycling bins as it happens every week and needs to be fixed.
