Chestnut Park Lane is residential street with one horizonal curve and measures about 600’ stopping at Daniel St and at Matthews St. The 85th percentile speed, the speed that 85 percent of drivers travel at or below, is one of the best indicators of a reasonable and safe speed. The 85th percentile speed sample on Chestnut Park Lane measured 11 mph. A speed table is not planned. My suggestion is to share your concerns about speeding with your neighbors.
