Description

It is the monthly accumulation of garbage outside of the dumpster. This needs an actual solution, whether more dumpsters or the apartments need to consistently clean. If a homeowner did this we’d be fined, but it appears an apartment building can do this for years with no repercussions. It’s always a mess. It would be great if our property taxes could help sort this out.
