Description

Request 4 way Stop Signs at busy Intersection to prevent traffic accidents. This is at very busy entryway of Kroger Grocery Store located there. There is a lot of traffic and pedestrians in that area at all times of the day.

    The Department of Public Works (DPW) must perform an engineering study in accordance with the Federal Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices (MUTCD) before installing an all-way stop. All all-way stops must meet the warrants in the MUTCD. The intersection of Bowe St and Clay St / Kroger entrance does not meet the MUTCD traffic volume requirements for an all-way stop.
