Description
The resident of 400 W 26th St blew their leaves out of their yard and into the street and left them there. I saw them doing this in the daytime and then when I returned later- the leaves and sticks were all in the street at 10:30pm! Please assess a fee for this absurdity! They should be charged the vacuum fee and a fine at the same time.
