Description
Please charge this address the $30 leaf vacuum fee or whatever fee that needs to be assessed. 400 W 26th st blew their leaves from their yard into the side street- McDonough. This is unreal. What would our streets look like if everyone did this!! It was witnessed this was done. And they left them there. I saw them doing it in the day- and came home to them all in the street!
