- Staff · December 23, 2024Historically pavement marking stop bars were only used in Windsor Farms at streets adjacent to the neighborhood such as intersecting with Cary St or Portland Place. Exeter Rd and Banbury Road is an internal neighborhood street. The latest eight full years of crash data from DMV (1.1.16-12.31.23) revealed one reported crash at Exeter Rd and Banbury Road. The crash history does not show a crash pattern at this intersection so stop bars are not planned at this time.
