Description
Accidents continue to happen here because of trafic pattern confusion. Some pavement markings could help prevent them. The photos attached show the most recent accident, a typical scenario and confusion at this intersection and a photo of the markings that would be helpful. These pavement markings are already in use in the area can be found on Brookland park Blvd.

- Staff · July 11, 2025The intersection is a typical example of a high-volume, 2-way street intersecting a low-volume, 2-way street. Based on a review of the crash history, the shark's teeth style yield striping is not necessary at this crossing. No changes are planned at this time.
