The 85th percentile speed, the speed that 85 percent of drivers travel at or below, is one of the best indicators of a reasonable and safe speed. The 85th percentile speed sample on 2nd Ave between Front St and Burns St measured 22 mph. The speed samples are in general compliance with the 25-mph speed for residential streets and speed tables are not planned.
