Once payment confirmed, leaves will be collected within 15 business days of submitting Service Request. Weather Permitting: Significant weather events may delay service. Scheduled appointments for leaf collection cannot be accommodated. Leaves should be ready for collection at the time the request is made. Leaves left in the alley will not be collected
