Description

alleyway behind shop is hazardous it is used as a thru way...Caller wants to know if there's a way of getting signs placed advising of no thru and or speed bumps. The alley should be used for a back way for the folks that live there or for the businesses. Cars speed through. Somehow the speeding needs to be deterred.
