leaf pick up placed on 11/21 previous ticket # DPW000188380, caller stated someone called her last week stating they couldn't find them so she uploaded picture's, caller didn't want to place them in the ditch since it leads to a drain so she wasnt sure and would like her leaves picked up asap or someone to call her to explain what exactly neds to be done to have them picked up
