Description
In the redevelopment of the complex intersection at Loxley, Rennie and Brookland Pkwy, poles were glued to the pavement to direct traffic, and to prevent Rennie traffic from driving through the parking strip and bike path onto Brookland Pkwy. The glue on these poles no longer holds, and they blow down in any kind of wind; cars also drive over them
