Caller is requesting the DPW to install pedestrian crosswalks and install flashing lights indicating pedestrian crossing. Caller states the street in on an incline and you can't once you approach the intersection; crosswalks needed between 5000-5100 Block

    The intersection of Oak Lane and Harlan Circle is an all-way stop, giving a break in traffic flow for people to cross. Traffic volumes are low enough on the two streets that residents have plenty of gaps to cross the streets. No changes are planned at this time.
