    Speed tables are not planned along this signalized corridor. The traffic signal system progressions downtown (green waves) are set to work at 25mph along the corridors such as 5th St so motorists should be encouraged to drive 25 mph to catch the “greens waves” along these corridors. Contact the Richmond Police Dept for enforcing the speed limit.
