Description
The intersection of Melbourne Drive & Forest Hill Avenue does not have any markings to help people navigate the turn lanes. The traffic leaving the shopping center and turning left, runs head-on into the traffic on Melbourne Drive turning left onto Forest Hill Ave. People do not know whether to keep left or keep right when turning and therefore almost run into each other head on every day. Please add some lines to clarify the turn lanes.

- Staff · June 10, 2025Dear Citizen, Thank you for sharing your concern with us regarding lane confusion at the intersection of Melbourne Drive and Forest Hill Avenue. We have reviewed the location, and the traffic lights at this intersection are currently operating at a Level of Service (LOS) A. To address the issue, the Right of Way Division will be contacting the property owner to request re-marking of the pavement arrows within their property to help clarify lane movements and improve safety. I am closing this service request now; however, I will be following up with the Right of Way Division to ensure the pavement markings are completed.
