Description
Citizen has a concern regarding parking; he would like to know if the block of 307 N Monroe St should be permit parking; our city website shows it is not; he states on the interactive map it shows free parking; he states there is a permit sign at the corner of W Broad and N Monroe St that has been painted over and has scratch marks on it; would like to check if there is or is not permit parking; if not requests to remove sign; if so replace sign and add a sign down the block
