Description
I have submitted multiple requests over the past year, the last being DPW000182858, there is an abandoned recycling receptacle that has trash put in it. Niehter the recycling truck or trash truck has picked it up and over a year. Per the last request, the trash was not removed. It has now been moved across the street in the grass between the higway and parkwood along with debris that has been there for a year. With additional development ongoing on parkwood a new trash paln should be considered.
