Description
Woke up at 6 a.m. on Sunday, 8 December. Overnight, "Andre" had spray-painted the alley wall of the Hippodrome for all to see (photo attached). The rear of my house (525 N 1st) is directly across the alley from the theater. The cinderblock back wall of the Speakeasy Grill at 526 N 2nd St. was tagged about two weeks ago (photo attached).
