Description
MASSIVE holes in alley! The only positive is that they sometimes act as speed bumps for all the people SPEEDING. These were causes by all the construction from the 3 new towers being put in. Holes create issues for deliveries and drivers and employees working in the alley. They fill with ice during the winter making them more dangerous. Please fix. Thank you
