Description
Newly planted tree by Church Hill Trees was planted too close to existing underground water and waste utility lines. Church Hill Trees claims Urban Forestry approved 605-607 as a general location. Yet very poor decision to plant immediately next to water line. If you look at my 311 history you will see this location had a water service line burst and cause sinkhole in road last winter. Would be best to replant this tree to another location before roots take hold.
