Description

This building doesn’t have large enough recepticles for the amount of tenats. There are constantly bags of trash, furniture, and carboard littered in the alley. It often comes out of its alloted space into the neighboring building’s parking spaces and blocks the walkway for tenats to access the building. The trashcans are also sometimes in the middle of the alley affecting cars’ ability to drive through the alley.
