- Staff · December 3, 2024The 85th percentile speed, the speed that 85 percent of drivers travel at or below, is one of the best indicators of a reasonable and safe speed. The 85th percentile speed sample on Old Jahnke Rd between Westover Gardens Blvd and Hioaks Rd measured 20mph in a 25mph zone. Traffic calming is not planned. A crash search from DMV did not reveal any reported crashes in the latest eight years (1.1.16 – 12.31.23) on Old Jahnke Rd between Westover Gardens Blvd and Hioaks Rd. Parking is illegal within 30 feet upon the approach to a stop sign. Contact the Richmond Police Department (804.646.5100) to report vehicles parking too close to stop signs or running stop signs.
