Description
This street and all streets surrounding need a speed bump or two. We are one street over from a road that has 25 mph school zone yet people still fly through. I have witnessed, heard from my house, and almost been hit on that street multiple times. Since speed bumps have been installed on that road people now use the side streets (wright avenue) to fly through and have hit multiple animals and almost people. Please, we need multiple speed bumps for the safety of everyone.

- Staff · December 2, 2024The 85th percentile speed, the speed that 85 percent of drivers travel at or below, is one of the best indicators of a reasonable and safe speed. The 85th percentile speed sample on Wright St measured 23mph. The sample is in general compliance with the 25-mph speed for residential streets. Speed tables are not planned.
