Description
You cannot see the speed limit sign on Brander Street. It is covered and very high up. We need MORE speed limit signs on Brander Street as people are speeding through this residential area at very high rates of speed. Brander St has become a cut-through for people avoiding traffic on Hull Street. A speed bump/hump is really necessary on Brander Street.
