- System · December 13, 2024Caller has a complaint with vacuum truck next door to vacuum leaves for her neighbor and she approached the contractor and asked if he could vacuum her leaves as well. Caller was advised she was not on the list to have her leaves vacuumed. Caller asked agent in an angry tone to call a supervisor to have her name put on the list ssince the contracotrs are next door. Caller was explained the process and caller was angry that agent would not call the supervisor at DPW to her name put on the list for have her leaves vacuumed today. Caller was advised an email would be sent to DPW
