Description

Despite recent traffic changes at Semmes, which have greatly improved the safety of the area, the speeding at Foresr Hill prior to the light at Semmes persists

    The 85th percentile speed, the speed that 85 percent of drivers travel at or below, is one of the best indicators of a reasonable and safe speed. The 85th percentile speed sample on Forest Hill Ave between Roanoke St and Semmes Ave measured 34mph. The sample is in general compliance with the 30mph speed zone.
