    DPW must perform engineering studies in accordance with the Federal Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices (MUTCD) before installing an all-way stop. The intersection of Leigh St and Altamont Ave does not meet the MUTCD traffic requirements for an all-way stop. Each street corner has a No Parking zone to enhance intersection sight distance.
