Description
Caller states Dominion came out for down trees and lines they cut up some trees but left them blocking and protruding in the street...therefore preventing him to get in and out the driveway safely....Caller was disconnected called him back...He explained that the tree roots are actually still connected in the ground and the tree was cut enough to clear the wires only and left but it's at the end of the street in the middle of the cal de sac between two driveways.
