    The 85th percentile speed, the speed that 85 percent of drivers travel at or below, is one of the best indicators of a reasonable and safe speed. The 85th percentile speed sample on Pensacola Ave between Meadowbridge Rd and Walnut St measured 19mph. The samples are in general compliance with the 25-mph speed for residential streets and speed tables are not planned.
