Description
The Lead Pipe Program replaced my lines the other day. The city used a heavy duty digger right across the root system of a 5+ year old baby tree 😭the roots on the west side were just hanging there, mostly destroyed. Then instead of filling the area around the tree with soil, they just dumped a huge amount of chip rock. Thank you for helping asap!
