- Staff · December 12, 2024The Department is working to get speed tables installed citywide on neighborhood street segments that are 1,200 feet or longer between intersections or other traffic calming measures. The signal-controlled intersection at Libbie/Cary and stop-controlled intersection at Libbie/Matoaka are only 700 feet apart. Continuing north, the signal-controlled intersection at Libbie/Grove is 750 feet away. Additionally, 95 percent of people are driving below 25 MPH. No further infrastructure changes are planned at this time.
