Description
Prevent storm water from flowing above & over the paved surface of South Drive BEFORE the Cherokee Road construction starts. “Detour traffic” will encounter frequent flooding @ the “swale / low-section” of South Drive. “Turn around-don’t drown” signs must be installed here. Where will motorists “turn around” on South Drive? RVA DPU must put retention ponds @ Hathaway Towers & the Old Westham Road Condos asap. ALL RVA DPU storm-water now flows towards 6908 South Drive. Why?????
