Description
I am requesting that the traffic light at Grove Ave. and Maple Ave. in Richmond, VA be updated to stop all traffic while pedestrians have the crosswalk signal. Currently, cars are crossing Grove Ave. get a green light at the same time pedestrians get the right of way to walk across the street. I have almost been hit twice at this intersection and I have seen multiple children almost get hit by cars (this is in a school zone). One child was hit at the intersection last year!
