- Staff · November 21, 2024A flashing light is a capital expense and not in the adopted FY25 Capital Improvement Plan. 5th St northbound approaching Cary St there is one approach lane and has a RIGHT TURN ONLY sign. DPW will plan to install a right turn arrow pavement marking to supplement the sign. 5th St northbound north of Cary St has three DO NOT ENTER signs. No changes are planned. 5th St southbound at Cary St has an overhead LEFT TURN ONLY sign for the east curb lane. This is supplemented with a left turn arrow pavement marking. 5th St southbound south of Cary St has a DO NOT ENTER sign for the east curb lane. No changes are planned.
