Description
Please/please/please add right lane to allow 2 lanes to turn left on WB Brookland Park Blvd at Hermitage Rd. Many times a day there are 30 cars waiting at the light and takes 3-4 light cycles for residents because of bike lanes. City response has been are changing to a circle and we have been waiting 2-3 years. Please do not make us wait any longer!!!! Thank you!!

(This improvement was not in the 2025 Plan after sending it to the DPW Plan Coordinator last May.) Your request was also forwarded to the Traffic Signal Systems Engineer to review the signal timings and operations. Area planning documents have identified a roundabout for the intersection of Arthur Ashe Blvd, Hermitage Rd, Westwood Ave and Brookland Parkway. This improvement project is currently unfunded.
