Description

Witnessed elderly person with rolling walker manuevering around water at ramp to walk on sidewalk south along Chamberlayne Avenue on Rennie. Unable to photo and send in time. Previously notified of large amount of water in shallow pothole at the same location and City ignored. Please help and fix! Sent request about a year ago!!!
