    Grant St at the Blvd is a gated one-way eastbound street into Byrd Park. Paddle Boat Lane is a one-way street southbound that must Yield for all Blvd users. Given the geometrics of where Paddle Boat Lane connects with Blvd DPW will plan to install a Yield Ahead sign on Paddle Boat Lane.
