Description

The City planted trees along Old Armstrong way in my new neighborhood. For some reason both trees planted in my yard (corner lot) have died. Recently I saw the neighborhood kids lean on one and it fell over. I would like them to be replaced so I can have trees and some shade in my yard. The second tree was just as dead so I shook it and it fell over two. Please let me know if you need any more information.
