Description
The sidewalk on Ellwood Avenue in between Hamilton and Lafayette has several raised panels. My grandchildren have had three accidents now where they've tripped and fallen and scraped their knees or hit their head. I'm lucky nothing more serious has happened at this point but someone needs to repair these. We also have people in this neighborhood who use wheelchairs and these issues cause them not to be able to navigate and access the neighborhood.
