Description
N. Boulevard St. & West Grace St. I almost saw a young runner almost get hit by a utility truck, she was running west on Grace St. and the utility truck traveling full speed north on boulevard and ran this red light. The runner was approximately a foot and a half from being hit. This is the 3rd time I've actually seen someone run this light. Add additional reflective or hazard boarder to traffic signal and/or larger lights. hazard border* around the light.
